1.2 Membership Plans (“Altitude Memberships”)

Altitude Memberships provide access to digital resources, templates, guides, tools, and member-only content.

Membership plans auto-renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time through the member portal before the next billing date.

1.3 Digital Products

Digital products are available through membership access and are for informational and internal business-use only.

Altitude Memberships do not include consulting hours.

4. Intellectual Property

 

All content, materials, templates, guides, documents, videos, tools, and resources provided through our website or memberships are the exclusive intellectual property of Altitude Advisory Group LLC.

• Post publicly

• Provide access to non-members

 

You may use resources only while your membership remains active and only within the company enrolled in the membership plan.

Upon cancellation or termination, all rights to use, replicate, or store the materials immediately cease.

 

 

5. Payment, Billing & Refunds

5.1 Membership Auto-Renewal

Memberships renew monthly until cancelled in the member portal.

5.2 No Refunds

All membership payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable local law.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Wix payment processing and other approved processors. We do not store full payment information.

 

 

6. Cancellations

 

You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next renewal date via the member portal.

Access to the member area terminates immediately upon cancellation.

 

 

7. Use of Website and Member Portal

 

The member portal is intended for use only by individuals age 18 or older. The public-facing website may be accessed by users of any age.

 

You agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to access restricted areas

• Introduce malware or malicious code

• Copy or extract website or membership content
